Orders and Payments

Prices and availability are set by merchants. Payment processing is handled by authorized providers, and order states are tracked by the Takot platform.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants must maintain accurate menus, business hours, and order fulfillment standards. Takot may suspend abusive or fraudulent accounts.

Liability

Takot is provided as a practical local platform. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct order-related amounts paid through Takot.
